If you are anything like us, patience isn’t your strong suit… So please read below to help guide your shipping selection. You are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped ASAP.
Oh, and did we mention FREE shipping over £50 within the UK & Ireland!
When will my order ship?
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Our carrier Royal Mail will supply a tracking number once the item is on route.
*Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, TULLYHAIZE cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.
What if I need my order sooner than this?
Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping for an additional fee.
*NOTE: All express orders placed on Friday after 12PM (GMT), Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Where does TULLYHAIZE ship to?
We LOVE all postcodes…. TULLYHAIZE ships to anyone and everyone! This includes international addresses.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a tracking number.
Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
Unfortunately once your order is processed we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order, as we begin working on shipping your order quickly. However, if you notice your address is incorrect when you receive your confirmation email, please immediately reach out to holdthephone@tullyhaize.com. We ask that in your email you include your first and last name, your order number and what changes need to be made. If the order has already processed for shipment, we are not able to make changes to the address.
